| HELP Some basic information about the system.
The Calendar screen is the main interface to the system for all users.
Each user / referee can see the games that are assigned to them (blue background) and the games that are available to be claimed
(green background). The darker / brighter color is a referee position while the fainter color is an Assistant position.
Any game that is assigned but not confirmed has a flashing red icon beside it. This is a visual reminder to the
referee (and the scheduler) that these games are not confirmed.
Referees can click on a game and go to the screen that gives them more info about that game. It also gives them options to confirm an assignment, release an assigned game or, claim an available game. The Scheduler can see all of the games that are unassigned, assigned or available. Unassigned games are those that have been loaded into the system from the league scheduler or created manually by the scheduler. Additional Options: - Games can be shown as a Forfeit. In this case, a score must be entered as 1 - 0 (or 0 - 1) but no scores should be shown for individual players. This will not be rejected as an error. on The Calendar screen, any game that was forfeited (and recorded as such) will now be shown with a red F beside it. - A game that ended early but at least 3/4 of the game was played can be shown as a completed game. - An Abandoned game is one in which less than 3/4 of the game was played. In the Game Report facility Assistants (where applicable) only have to show how the game completed. They do not need to record scores or goal scorers. |
